May 2012: Rockin' the K2 !!
The valve mic is absolutely amazing, it sounds so warm and the details are spectacular. I am very happy to explore the range of frequencies it can handle. I already have been recording few artists in the studio with the K2 And with different voices and different styles, it met all my expectations and even more…I am very demanding ah ah ah LOL
Valve compressor: Using a good valve compressor as I do with the K2 is actually wonderful, almost no compression at the recording stage and obviously no equalisation to be added what’s so ever and you are guaranteed to get a fab sound!
On logic: Straight into 24 bit recording into Motu, your voice land to Logic safely and sounds fantastic, no life jacket needed and you can proceed with your production and finalise your edits.
